Celebrate right with Blue Chair Bay Rum!

Make this month all about rum with our signature cocktails, cooking-with-rum recipes, and even arts and crafts! Whether you’re making Key Lime Rum Cream mason jar cheesecakes or shaking things up with a Sand Dollarcocktail, be sure to celebrate this fun holiday with your closest rum-loving friends and a bottle (or two) of Blue Chair Bay Rum®.

 

FEATURED COCKTAIL
Sand Dollar

  • 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Premium White Rum
  • .75 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz. passion fruit juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • .5 oz. fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • .5 oz. grenadine
Shake all ingredients together with ice. Pour into ice filled hurricane glass. Garnish with lime wedge and a cherry.
 

Rum-spiration 

 
Mason Jar Key Lime Rum Cream Cheesecakes
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 8-ounce package of light cream cheese, softened
  • 8-ounce tub of whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tbs. key lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Blue Chair Bay® Key Lime Rum Cream
  • zest of 3 key limes
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Vanilla Raspberry Rum Pudding Shot
  • 6 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Vanilla Rum
  • 1 oz. raspberry liqueur
  • 2 oz. milk
  • half tub of cool whip half packet of vanilla pudding mix

Blue Chair Bay Rum Tiki Torch
 

Materials:

  • Sand
  • Citronella Tiki Torch fuel
  • ½ by 3/8 inch copper coupling
  • Tiki wick
  • Teflon tape

 

Instructions:
  • Fill an empty Blue Chair Bay Rum bottle halfway up with sand
  • Add citronella fuel to fill the remainder of the bottle
  • Wrap the side of the coupling that goes into the bottle with the Teflon tape until it fits snugly into the opening/mouth of the bottle.
  • Place the coupling in the bottle and insert the wick
  • Light it up and enjoy outdoors!
